Questions about eye surgeries?

I am thinking about having no stitch Cataract eye surgery on one eye in the summer, and I was thinking about having IntraLase Lasik on the other eye. Do you think a Ophthalmologist, would do both of them on the same day? And, what is the recovery time typically for IntraLase Lasik, (one one eye) and for no stitch cataract surgery (on my other eye)? Also, I wear soft contact lenses, about 5 days a week so how long would I have to go without my contacts prior to IntraLase Lasik and prior to no stitch cataract surgery? And what is your estimation of how much that it would cost for both eye surgeries?

1. Both eyes would not be done at the same time.
2. The doctor might observe the non-cataract eye to be sure you will not get cataract there
3. Recovery from both is fast visually (one day), about 6 months to complete healing.
4. Probably 2 weeks without soft lenses before each surgery.
5. Regualar cataract is covered by insurance, with premium lens it is an additional $2000 per eye
6. Epilasik is around $2000 per eye

Probably not on the same day, it would be better to a bit after you fully recover from one to do the other
